Encampments are crucial and without them, players can't send soldiers off to battle, to another outpost you own, or support other players in attacks. The number of commanders determines the number of attacks that can be carried out simultaneously. The encampment raises your commander limit. The commanders are also used while moving tools and soldiers between your castle and outposts, as well as supporting alliance members in the event of attack. Unlike other buildings, the Encampment cannot be demolished.
