The Bowman is a ranged attacker that is ideal for both offense and defense against cheap units such as spearmen, macemen, and other bowmen. Aside from very fast travel and recruitment speed, it is also one of the soldiers to have a dummy variant. It can also be obtained by completing missions from the mercenary post and collecting a daily registration gift on its sixth day.
Additionally, it can upgrade to its veteran counterpart once researched at the research tower. Although, it cannot revert back to its base form once done.
